I created “The 4 Pillars of Creating and Sustaining a Mentally Healthy Workplace Culture” back in the Fall of 2020 based on my own shared experiences in the corporate world. My goals was to create a corporate training program that teaches organizations how to: Recognize the impact of #MentalIllness in the workplace. Share the lived experience to bring the human connection to mental illness. Change the perception of mental illness and #DecreaseStigma. Create an environment of safety in the workplace.
