Be part of a growing movement to create safe workplace cultures that foster open dialog about mental health

The exclusive 4 Pillars Healthcare Masterclass sessions are packed with specific strategies, language, and perspectives to help you create a ‘culture of safety’ in the workplace, where everyone feels safe speaking openly about mental health without fear of judgment, retribution, or job loss.

You will learn how to:

  • Recognize the impact of unaddressed mental health in the workplace
  • Identify signs and symptoms of mental illness
  • Harness the power of peer support
  • Decrease stigma in the workplace
  • Shift to person-centered language
  • Create a workplace culture where employees feel safe speaking openly about mental health.
