The 4 Pillars of Creating a Mentally Healthy Workplace: Military & Veteran Mental Health

The NH Veteran-Friendly Business Network hosts live, virtual, topic-specific workshops to provide members within the network information about resources and opportunities that can aid in the recruitment, retainment and/or service provision for Veterans in New Hampshire. Please join us on November 10th to hear from Kim LaMontagne, President/CEO of Kim LaMontagne, LLC, Corporate Trainer, International Speaker and Author. Kim has created an impactful leadership training solution called “The 4 Pillars of Creating and Sustaining a Mentally Healthy Workplace Culture” to teach leaders in all industries how to recognize the impact of unaddressed mental health in the workplace, decrease stigma, shift to person centered language, create a peer support network, and build a ‘culture of safety’ in the workplace that fosters open dialogue about mental health.
During the Lunch & Learn, Kim will share her own story and provide recommendations for your business to consider. She will also provide an overview of a more in-depth 4-part virtual training series she will be offering to NH Veteran-Friendly Businesses in 2023 (no cost to you!) and we’ll let you know how you register for that series.
An overview of the initiative will be presented for 20-30 minutes and then there will be time for Q&A.
